Over fifteen years ago, Carla began her journey with a diploma in remedial massage therapy, she also worked as a holistic chef at a wellness retreat, preparing nourishing meals for guests. During the global pandemic, Carla's compassion continued to support clients through her business, recognising her ability to offer even more, she trained in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Neuro Transformation Therapy
This new direction allowed her to elevate her clients' mindset, growth and personal transformation. Carla believes coaching is essential to achieving balance in all aspects of life, what sets her apart is her lived experiences and embodying the knowledge she teaches.
